Buckwheat Noodle Mix Straight from the Heart, via Asian Cooking Blogger

Famed cooking blogger Joylicious whipped up a serving of Soba noodles with fried egg as part of her New Year’s resolutions. Joy decided that in 2012 she will make cooking less daunting and more fun, since “being connected to our food makes us feel alive” (author’s emphasis).
